Buckwheat Flatbreads

Ingredients (for 10 servings):
2 cups buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 sachet (8g) instant yeast
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup lukewarm water
3 tb coconut cream


Instructions:
1. Add flour, baking powder, yeast, and salt to a medium bowl and stir.
2. Add water and coconut cream and stir with a spatula.
3. Then knead with your hands.
4. Shape into a ball of dough and divide into 10 pieces.
5. Heat a large, heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
6. Take a piece of dough and roll it out as thin as possible into desired shape, on a piece of baking paper.
7. Place on the heated pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
8. Repeat with the remaining pieces.
9. Cover with a towel to keep them warm until it's time to serve
